Adam is a natural born entrepreneur. His aptitude for success is due to his ability to foresee problems in a business and implement a plan for optimal performance.

He launched his first venture at just 15 years old. Adam began an electronic business located in flea markets across Ontario and grew it into both an online and retail business over a period of 5 years. He eventually sold it at the age of 20 as he saw the industry shifting.

Shortly after, Adam was given the opportunity to work with a small commercial real estate holdings company and explore the realm of real estate management. His interest in residential and commercial real estate led him to managing the company’s entire real estate portfolio within a year. Adam negotiated leases to increase revenue and established strategies to dramatically cut expenses.
By 25 years old, Adam was already an award-winning realtor for Royal LePage. However, Adam knew his skill-set was more inclined towards business development and decided to explore the idea of mentorship.

Adam put his passion to practice and developed a mentorship program for the biggest Royal LePage in Canada (Royal Lepage Your Community), which grossed hundreds of thousands of dollars for new Realtors. He became known for his strong public speaking, his ability to motivate others through humour and his “out-of-the-box” thinking strategies. The responses from agents and the results from his mentorship program were overwhelming. Working with Adam over the years, some of these agents became top producing Realtors.

In 2013 Adam was named Toronto Office Manager for the companies Toronto Office.

Adam was instrumental in growing agents’ businesses by implementing online and offline marketing strategies for individual agents as well as the brokerage.

In 2015, Adam competed in a recruiting challenge (the Buffini Brokerage Challenge) against the top 50 brokers/managers in all of Canada and won.

Today, Adam has trained over 1,200 realtors and continues to look for new ways to improve the real estate industry.

At this time, Adam has been contracted as the Business Development Manager at Harvey Kalles Real Estate LTD.
