From a young age, Adam exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit and an aptitude for innovative thinking. At just 16, he launched and managed his first business venture, which he successfully sold by the age of 21 before entering into the real estate industry and never looking back. By 27, he became the youngest Manager on the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), earning a reputation from peers for his pioneering business development strategies and expertise in digital marketing.
Adam’s journey in real estate has been marked by hands-on experience at every level, including management, training, ownership, and operations since 2013. In 2020, he concluded a successful exit as Former President and Operating partner of a prominent Toronto brokerage.
Today, Adam is co-founder of RARE Real Estate Inc., an innovative brokerage model empowering agents to realize and expand their entrepreneurial goals. In just three years, RARE has facilitated over $3 billion in real estate sales and welcomed over 125 agents to its platform. Additionally, RARE boasts a robust New Home Sales division representing some of Canada’s largest developers, with sales exceeding 2,000 pre-construction units. RARE has earned recognition as one of Canada’s fastest-growing brokerages.
